Take wins for example: hugo_extended_0.147.2_windows-amd64.zip

Unzip and configure environment variables
Add the path to path
D:\xxx\hugo Note: does not contain hugo.exe

clone/download life-in-weeks locally and open it in the terminal

Enter hugo and hugo serve on the command line
